  I opened a mail box at this location and after two weeks, I received a phone call from one of the store employes to inform me I only was allowed to receive mail under my own name. This was never explain to me when I opened the account. I had already started to forward my family's mail and my business mail to that mail box. I was then put on the phone with the store manager and was told the only option I had was to pay for a larger box and in order to receive mail for my step-daughter who was out of the country teaching. They would need her signature to receive mail for her. I felt like I was being given no other choice but to pay more money. I called the store the next day and spoke to the owner George and asked for a refund and was told, I singed a contract and he would not refund any part of my money. The box was only open for two weeks and they had only received one letter for my step-daughter which was never forwarded to me.The cost of the box was $176.00. I contacted the UPS corporate office and got the run around. I'm a small business owner and would have recognized the fact my employee did not explain the conditions of the rental of the box and I would have refunded the money. I feel the owner simply stole the money from me.

  After visiting this establishment, I am so thrilled and impressed with the employees and their polite and quick response! This staff knows what they are doing! Kudos to this store, best in the area! I will definitely be coming back.
